AKM has developed the AK1553 series RF transceivers for ETC 2.0 system using AKM’s integration technique and design knowledge of radio frequency analog circuits. The AK1553/53E also integrates one PA and LNA which can adjust both transmission output power and receiving sensitivity by register setting so as to have the sufficient performance for OBUs that satisfy ARIB STD-T75 standard characteristics.

AK3701 is suitable for the applications; automotive RKE systems for multi-channel. AK3701 achieves low power consumption adopting advanced architecture by direct conversion. Furthermore, achieves both excellent receiver sensitivity and high ability to reject interference signal operating hopping channel and digital filter.
AK3713 is suitable for the applications; automotive RKE systems. AK3713 is one-chip solution without MPU, no need for programming and high flexibility. AK3713 achieves low power consumption and high output efficiency. Furthermore, achieves small drift of output power without depending on the cell battery voltage and temperature.
