Description

The EW632 is a latch-type Hall IC that combines an InSb high-sensitivity Hall element and a waveform shaping IC using a proprietary assembling technology.
The EW632 uses a high-sensitivity InSb Hall element, a TTL level digital signal with a good duty ratio can be obtained over a wide temperature range.

Key Features

  • Alternating magnetic field detection
    Alternating detection that detects the magnetic field of both poles of the magnet alternately is possible.

Applications

  •                                 Rotation detection, position detection, open / close detection, current detection, direction detection, etc.
