Gas Sensing Solution
Senseair is a leading global provider in gas sensors using non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) technology, and joined the Asahi Kasei Microdevices Group in 2018. For more than 25 years, Senseair has developed and manufactured highly cost-effective, high-performance gas sensors. Senseair has many engineers in its R&D department to develop new gas sensing technologies, and aim to apply them to mass-production. Senseair's solutions are used in air quality monitors for suitable ventilation of buildings and homes, alcohol monitors, IoT-based agriculture, and freshness-controlled transportation, and contribute to the visualization of air quality and the existence of gas.
Senseair can provide 3 solutions.
Senseair offers five platforms to suit your requirements.
Sensor onBoard is a product in which Sensor Core and additional peripheral circuits are mounted on a printed circuit board.
The consideration of various factors is required in a printed circuit board design, such as gas flow to the Sensor Core, heat, and noise. Senseair has well experienced design technology, so they can design and manufacture the optimum printed circuit board. It can combine not only gas sensors but also other sensors (e.g., temperature and humidity sensors) , power supply circuits, and communication functions.
Sensor inCase is a product with Sensor onBoard mounted in the housing. It can be used immediately after installation.
Senseair has a variety of Sensor inCase lineup for various applications, and they are optimally designed for each application.
For example, products with direct display of the measured values on a LCD and products with real-time monitoring of measurement result via wireless communication.
Senseair can also design Sensor inCase to meet customer's own needs.
