Description
MS0082 is an InSb semiconductor magnetoresistive element that outputs A / B phase analog signals, corresponding to gear module m = 0.8. The MS0082 detects the gear rotation angle with high accuracy by combining it with a bias magnet. By adopting a thin package, miniaturization of equipment can be expected.
