Description
The EW710B is a latch-type Hall IC that is a hybrid of an InSb high-sensitivity Hall element and a waveform shaping IC using a unique assembly technology. The EW710B uses a high-sensitivity InSb Hall element, it can obtain a TTL level digital signal with good duty ratio over a wide temperature range.
