Description
The MSP082 is an InSb semiconductor magnetoresistive element that outputs A / B phase analog signals corresponding to gear module m = 0.8. Two SMREs are arranged at a pitch of 6.0 mm to detect A / B phase and Z phase. The MSP082 detects the gear rotation angle with high accuracy by combining it with a bias magnet. DIP package type with back bias magnet holder is adopted.
