Description
AP1154ADLXX is a silicon monolithic bipolar structure IC. It is a low dropout regulator IC with on-off control that can supply 1A output current stably. The output voltage of the AP1154ADLXX is trimmed with high precision and can be set between 1.8V and 5.0V to select the appropriate voltage. When the output voltage is 2.5V or more, a 1μF ceramic capacitor can be used for the output side. The output current can be set arbitrarily with an external resistor, and it can also support the USB standard (500mA). The IC has a built-in overcurrent sensor circuit and overheat protection circuit.
