Description

AP1153ADSXX is a silicon monolithic bipolar structure IC. It is a low saturation regulator IC with on - off control that can stably supply 100mA output current.
The output voltage of AP1153ADSXX is trimmed with high precision and can be set between 1.3V and 5.0V in 0.1V steps to select the optimal voltage. A small ceramic capacitor of 0.22μF can be used for the output side capacitor. The IC has a built-in overcurrent sensor circuit and overheat protection circuit.
