Description
AP1159ADSXX is a low saturation regulator IC with on - off control that can supply 100mA output current stably, and is a silicon monolithic bipolar structure integrated circuit. The output voltage of AP1159ADSXX is trimmed with high precision and can be set in the range of 0.9V to 1.2V in 0.1V steps to select the appropriate voltage. As the capacitor on the output side, a small ceramic capacitor of 0.47μF can be used and miniaturization can be expected. The IC has a built-in overcurrent sensor circuit and reverse bias overcurrent prevention circuit as protection functions.
