The Sensor Core is the name of a product that is designed by modularizing an infrared light source / an infrared sensor / arithmetic operation and light source driving circuits / optical components, which make up Senseair's NDIR type CO2 sensor.

This is a modularized product that contains an infrared light source, an infrared sensor, arithmetic operation and light source driving circuits, and optical components.

It outputs CO2 concentration values, so no additional calculations by the customer are required.

This product is ideal for customers who design their own circuits and enclosures for small CO2 measuring instruments.

Sunrise/Sunlight CO2

Senseair Sunrise/Sunlight CO2 (from Senseair corporation)

Senseair Sunrise/Sunlight CO2 is an NDIR type CO2 sensor that uses manufactured infrared LEDs and infrared sensors from AKM

Although the sensor accuracy is as high as ± (30ppm + 3% of the reading), the average current consumption is 34μA, so it can be powered by a battery.

It has a built-in Automatic Baseline Correction (ABC) algorithm which periodically performs calibration automatically, so it can be used without further maintenance after installation.

Evaluation kits are also available to start evaluation immediately.
