20MHz ~ 600MHz Delta-Sigma Fractional-N Frequency Synthesizer

EOL

Description

The AK1541 is a 20MHz to 600MHz PLL (Phase Locked Loop) frequency synthesizer with a frequency switching function based on delta-sigma modulation Fractional-N.
The AK1541 consists of an 18-bit delta-sigma modulation circuit, a low-noise phase frequency comparator, an institutional charge pump, a reference divider, and a dual modulus prescaler (P / P + 1). By combining the synthesizer with an external loop filter and VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator), a complete PLL can be constructed.
Access to the AK1541 registers is controlled by a 3 wire serial interface. The power supply voltage operates from 2.7V to 5.5V, and the power supply system of the charge pump circuit and serial interface can be driven independently.

Key Features
