Description
AP1152 is a silicon monolithic bipolar structure IC. It is a low saturation regulator IC with on-off control that can supply 300mA output current stably. The output voltage of AP1152 is trimmed with high precision and can be set between 1.3V and 9.5V in 0.1V steps to select the appropriate voltage. When the output voltage is 2.5V or more, a small ceramic capacitor of 0.1μF can be used for the output side capacitor. The IC has a built-in overcurrent sensor circuit and overheat protection circuit.
