Description
AP4202 is a 9 channel LED IC equipped with two types of interface control. The AP4202 has a built-in power MOS FET that can drive up to 100mA, and can emit LED by PWM control according to the set LED gradation data. The AP4202 can select either constant current output or open drain output with the DRSET setting pin. The power supply wiring in the system can be reduced by using the same voltage applied to the anode side of the LED string. Up to 32 buses can be connected to a common master device, and many LEDs can emit light. The AP4202 has a UVLO function to prevent malfunction below 4V, and also has an overcurrent protection function and an overheat protection function.
