Description

MS0041 is an InSb semiconductor magnetoresistive element that outputs A / B phase analog signals, corresponding to gear module m = 0.4. The MS0041 detects the gear rotation angle with high accuracy by combining it with a bias magnet. By adopting a thin package, miniaturization of equipment can be expected.
