Description
MS0042 is an InSb semiconductor magnetoresistive element that outputs A / B phase analog signals, corresponding to gear module m = 0.4 A / B phase and Z phase are detected because two SMREs are arranged at a pitch of 1.9mm in the gear thickness direction. MS0042 detects the gear rotation angle with high accuracy by combining with a bias magnet. By adopting a thin package, miniaturization of equipment can be expected.
