Description
The HG0C14 is a GaAs (Low Drift) Hall element with an output voltage of 102mV (MAX.). The GaAs Hall element has the most stable temperature characteristics, and its temperature characteristics are more stable when driven at a constant current than when driven at a constant voltage. HG0C14 has 1.5 times better S / N ratio than HG0A14 and HG0C14 can use under the situation which precise control is required. HG0C14 also has a lower profile than HG0A14 (0.23 ⇒ 0.185mm), and it can be used in situations where are strict demands in the height direction.
