50MSP 10-bit 6-channel ADC with linear sensor interface and timing generator

Description

The AK8463 is 6 channels Analog Front End (AFE) IC for linear sensors. It is available at 50[MSPS] per channel. The AK8463 equips an offset adjust function, gain adjust function, Pixel Clock Generator and timing generator (TG). The data output is V-by-One, allowing 1Lane or 2Lane output.

・Offset adjust function: Offset adjust range ±200[mV] (min), with black level calibration function
・Gain adjust function: Gain adjust range 0 to 8V/V (Analog 1 or 2V/V, Digital 0 to 4V/V), with AGC function
・Built-in SSCG function: Modulation depth ±0.125%, ±0.25%, ±0.5%, Modulation frequency 16[kHz] to 34[kHz]
・Timing Generator: Sensor control clock, LED control clock and AFE internal clock
・Data output: V-by One compatible　1-Lane (Max 4.0Gbps) or 2-Lane (Max 2.0Gbps)
