Description
MSP043 is an InSb semiconductor magnetoresistive element that outputs A / B phase analog signals corresponding to gear module m = 0.4. Two SMREs are arranged at a pitch of 4.3mm to detect A / B phase and Z phase. MSP043 detects gear rotation angle with high accuracy by combining with bias magnet. DIP package type with back bias magnet holder is adopted.
