Description

The AK1110AEU is a 2 output low-saturation regulator IC with on-off control of silicon monolithic bipolar structure. The output voltage is 5V and the output current is 100mA or 200mA.
The AK1110AEU realizes 1μVrms output noise and 100dB ripple rejection, and has low noise. Suitable for applications requiring high PSRR. In systems where there is a risk of inter-block interference due to common power supply, power supply can be separated on a single chip without increasing the number of components. Built-in overheat protection function and overcurrent protection function.
