Description
The AP1155ADL is a silicon monolithic bipolar structure IC that is a low dropout regulator IC with on-off control that can stably supply 1A output current. The AP1155ADL has excellent ripple rejection and low noise. The output voltage can be set between 1.3V and 13.5V by an external resistor, and the appropriate voltage can be selected. Ceramic capacitors can be used for input and output, and miniaturization can be expected. Built-in over current protection and overheat protection functions as IC protection functions.
