Description
AP4201 is a 27 channel LED IC with two types of interface control. The AP4201 has a built-in power MOS FET that can drive up to 100mA, and can emit LED by PWM control according to the set LED gradation data. The AP4201 can select either constant current output or open drain output with the DRSET setting pin.By using the same voltage applied to the anode side of the LED string, the power supply wiring in the system can be reduced, and the common master device can be used. Up to 32 buses can be connected, and many LEDs can emit light. The AP4201 has a UVLO function as a malfunction prevention measure of 4V or less, and also has an overcurrent protection function and an overheat protection function.
