Description
AP4203 is a 15 channel LED IC with two types of interface control. The AP4203 has a built-in power MOS FET that can drive up to 100mA, and can emit LED by PWM control according to the set LED gradation data. The AP4203 can select either constant current output or open drain output with the DRSET setting pin. By using the same voltage applied to the anode side of the LED string, power supply wiring in the system can be reduced. Up to 32 buses can be connected to a common master device, and many LEDs can emit light. The AP4203 has a UVLO function as a measure to prevent malfunction below 4V, and has an overcurrent protection function and an overheat protection function.
