Description
The EZ471 is an ultra-compact unipolar detection operation switch type Hall IC that combines an InAs high-sensitivity Hall element and a waveform shaping IC using its own assembly technology. The EZ471 uses an InAs Hall element, so it can obtain a TTL level digital signal with good duty ratio over a wide temperature range.
