Description
AP1151 is a silicon monolithic bipolar structure IC. It is a low saturation regulator IC with on-off control that can stably supply 200mA output current. The output voltage of AP1151 can be set between 1.3V and 13.5V by an external resistor, and the suitable voltage can be selected. A small ceramic capacitor of 0.22μF can be used for the output side capacitor. The IC has a built-in overcurrent sensor circuit and overheat protection circuit.
