Description
The EM1791 is an ultra-compact bipolar detection switch type Hall IC that integrates a Hall element and a waveform shaping IC. The EM1791 has low power consumption due to intermittent drive, which can reduce current consumption during operation. It also has two outputs for S and N pole respectively.
Key Features
Both pole sensing operation of magnetic field. Since it is bipolar detection (omnipolar), it can detect both S and N magnetic fields (know that it is approaching).
Intermittent drive operation. Because of the intermittent drive operation, current consumption during operation can be reduced.
Applications
Rotation detection, position detection, open / close detection, current detection, direction detection, etc.
