AK1542A

The AK1542A is a 20MHz to 600MHz band Phase Locked Loop frequency synthesizer with frequency switching function using Integer-N.
The AK1542A consists of a low-noise phase frequency comparator, a charge pump with high accuracy and 9-stage current adjustment, a reference divider, a programmable divider and a dual modulus prescaler (P / P + 1). High performance, low current consumption, and miniaturization are realized in various frequency conversion situations. In addition, two general-purpose output terminals are available and can be used for RF front-end control.
The AK1542A can be combined with an external loop filter and VCO (Voltage Contlled Oscillator) to form a complete Phase Locked Loop. Access to the AK1542A registers is controlled by a 3 wire serial interface. The power supply voltage operates from 2.7V to 5.5V, and the power supply system of the charge pump circuit and serial interface can be driven independently.
