Description
The EZ410 is a latch-type Hall IC that combines an InAs high-sensitivity Hall element and a waveform shaping IC using a unique assembling technology. The EZ410 uses InAs high-sensitivity Hall elements, it can obtain a TTL level digital signal with good duty ratio over a wide temperature range.
