Description

The HQ0221 is a multi-chip sensor in which two quantum well-type InAs Hall elements with high sensitivity and good temperature characteristics are mounted in one package.
The HQ0221 is ideal for position detection sensors that detect the movement of a magnet by processing the output difference between two Hall elements.
