Description
The EW450B is an ultra-compact unipolar detection switch-type Hall IC that combines an InSb high-sensitivity Hall element and a waveform shaping IC using a proprietary assembling technology. The EW450B uses a high-sensitivity InSb Hall element, it can obtain a TTL level digital signal with a good duty ratio over a wide temperature range.
