AK09919C
I3C bus interface compliance with FIFO 16 steps
AK09919C is upward compatible with AKM's previous product AK09918C.
It incorporates I3C bus interface and FIFO 16 steps as new features while maintaining AK09918C footprint and pin compatibility.
AK09919C is packaged in 4-pin WL-CSP with 0.4 mm ball-pitch. Size is 0.76 mm × 0.76 mm × 0.5 mm and 2 pins for power supply, 2 pins for I3C/I2C communication.

AK09918C realizes the smallest size 0.76 mm × 0.76 mm × 0.5 mm (63% size of the conventional product AK09916C) of our company while maintaining the high performance of the conventional product AK09916C.
It is housed in 0.4 mm pitch 4-pin WL-CSP package. (power supply 2 pins, 2 pins for I2C communication)
