Description
The AP4473 is an ultra-low consumption power management chip that integrated a step-up DC-DC converter and hysteresis comparators. The AP4473 requires only 15mV (typical) input to start boosting using an external transformer. The AP4473 has hysteresis operation switch that can control the power supply for the external system (sensors, wireless modules, LEDs) while protecting external storage (capacitors), and the external system. The AP4473 is suitable for energy harvesting. This provides a self-powered wireless sensor node with simple hardware design.
