The AP4400 / AP4410 products family is a voltage detection IC with a world-class low power characteristic.
● Ultra-low Power Consumption
The AP4410BEC has low operation current of 26nA (Typ.) Therefore, voltage detection circuits with low current consumption can be designed with the AP4410BEC.
● Support Wide Hysteresis
Both over-discharge and overcharge protections can be designed since the AP4410BEC has wide detection voltage range.
● Ultra-small Package
The AP4410BEC is housed in a 20-pin WLCSP (1.955×1.555mm), ideal for space saving small printed circuit boards.
