Description
AP1017AEN は、動作電圧 12V に対応した1 チャンネル H ブリッジ モータードライバーです。 AP1017AEN の出力段は、N チャンネル LDMOS FET をハイサイド および ローサイドに配置する事で小型化し、低電圧検出回路、過熱保護回路も備えているので、各種小型モーターの駆動に適しています。
