RDS (Refrigerant Detection System)
Flammable Gas Sensors
RDS R32
RDS R32 (Sense Air)
The RDS module is designed for detecting refrigerant leaks in mildly flammable refrigerants classified as A2L, including R32 and R454 A/B/C. The protective housing shields the sensor core from dust and water droplets, ensuring reliable operation. Additionally, it features an integrated heating element, enabling functionality even in cold environments.
The module supports the Modbus protocol, allowing measurement data to be transmitted to control systems. It also includes an additional output pin that activates a digital output signal when the detected gas concentration reaches a configurable threshold. The output can be set to either a digital PWM signal or an analog linear output, providing flexibility in how the data is used.
