The CZ375 Series is an ultra-high accuracy coreless current sensor IC of low heat generation that meets UL61800-5-1 of insulating standards in the industrial equipment market with both creepage distance and clearance of 8mm or more.

With the same packaging as the CZ370 Series, the CZ375 Series supports 100Arms, a much higher current.

Suitable for large-current sensing and inverter-control of large-capacity models in various applications such as EV quick-charging stations and packaged air conditioners.

This IC can also contribute to solving customers' problems such as suppressing heat generation, improving system efficiency, and downsizing the system by increasing the switching frequency speed.

Features

1. Supports a wide current range up to 100Arms due to low heat generation.

The development of our original package realizes a low resistance of 0.27mΩ in primary conductor resistance. As a result, compared with shunt resistors and similar products from other manufacturers, heat generation can be significantly suppressed during the application of current, realizing 100Arms continual energization. In addition, it can detect a wide range of current up to ±225Apeak. The new CZ375 Series enables customers using the conventional CZ370 Series (±180Apeak) to expand the application to larger models with higher current ratings. In addition, the pattern layout can be used as it is since it uses the same packaging as that of CZ370 Series.

2. Clearance and creepage distance ≧ 8mm or more

Our original packaging design allows both the creepage distance and the space distance to be more than 8mm. The Working Voltage exceeds 550Vrms and can be used with 400V reinforced isolation.

3. Ultra-high accuracy

Ultra-high precision current sensor IC with overall accuracy of ± 0.4% F.S (Ta = 0 to 90 ºC Typ, comparable to closed current sensors. It has the same high accuracy as that of the CZ370 Series.

4. Fast response of 0.5μs@Typ

The high-sensitivity ASIC of AKM compound Hall elements has enabled the high-speed response of 0.5μs.
