● 超低消費電力
電圧検出回路と外部デバイス制御用のP-MOSFET、N-MOSFETを AP4405AEN は1系統、AP4410BEC は2系統内蔵し (系統毎にロジック制御可能)、動作電流は AP4405AEN は10nA (typ.)、AP4410BEC は26nA (typ.) で電圧検出回路を実現。

● 幅広いヒステリシス対応
上昇側の検出電圧と下降側の検出電圧の差が広いため、過放電・過充電保護を兼ねた電圧検出が可能。

● 超小型パッケージ
AP4405AEN:16-pin HWQFN  (3 x 3mm, 0.5mm pitch)
AP4410BEC:20-pin WLCSP  (1.955 x 1.555mm, 0.4mm pitch)
